i haven't blogged in a long time.
okay today this is going to be a dumb post but i don't want to think too hard right now so just bear with me. =)
so i'm just sitting around, my energy being drained and i remember that this morning, i got dressed in my flowy top and khaki pants and then i bend over to pick up a pen i dropped, and i hear a loud RIPPP noise. yup, that's right folks! my pants ripped.
that was the first time it ever happened to me. thank God that it happened in my room and i was alone. it would be super embarassing if i was out. anyways, those pants are actually really old, prolly from 9th grade. my mom has been telling me to throw them out since forever and i guess now i really have to. i am such a pack rat though because i can never throw things out. my thought process is that one day it may come into use. but because of that philosophy my closet overflows with clothing, of which half i never where. so i need to, by the end of summer, at least clean out all my pants. then buy new ones. tee-hee
but seriously, for those of you who go to college with me and i have complained to, you should know. prolly becuase when i have pants that i really like, i wear them a LOT. so much that the middle wears out and it rips. and that rip is in a place that says i prolly should throw out those pants. but in reality i don't and i actually still wear them until the rip becomes so sizeable i cannot.
haha those of you reading this are prolly like YOU NEED TO THROW OUT YOUR PANTS. but they cost money and it just seems like such a waste. unfairness. i do not know why my pants always rip that way but i think it has something to do with the way i walk? cuz there is a lot of friction taht is created between my legs. haha tmi.
alright so this morning, i was actually starting to clean and throw out those pants with holes. but really it pains my heart. i really like those pants! and i hate shopping for pants/jeans. so annoying to try them on but if you don't you really can't tell which ones will fit. and they are so expensive!
sometimes when my pants rip, i save them to wait for my mom to sew them up. but then they rip again really quickly. when that happens, i think it's nature telling me to throw them out. my mom says i need to start doing the sewing myself. i think i will but i'm probably not going to have too much time to do that in college. but practice makes permanent right? well only if the pants look like they could be rescued.
alright i'm done.
sorry for such a pointless post. but hey, you know me a little better now than before right? =)
