anyways, i had a really good time with the fam, and we had no fights/skirmishes that were serious during the entire time, which was really great. we went to the waterpark and played minigolf. oh and believe it or not, i watched HP 6. i still can't believe it. it was pretty good, but this is coming from a person who never finished reading the series so i was actually in suspense. it kinda makes me want to know what happened next, so i'm contemplating on reading the 7th book. suggestions?
i was a little antsy in the beginning of the vacation cuz i think my inner "wedding" planner came out where i just wanted to be organized and make sure we were always kept busy. haha, i know it's supposed to be vacation but i guess habits are hard to change. i do like relaxing, mind you. but my parents and brother were both really chill about it and it was good because in the end, we had a very enjoyable time together in the activities. it was exactly what i wanted, spending time together and making sure all the things we did, EVERY member was able to do it despite the physical ailments. i praise God for making this a good vacation. i really love my family. therefore:
[you have no idea how long it took me to combine these photos. i was almost going crazy because my nerophotosnap was being yin and not letting me upload more than one picture at once and my paint function was being yang and not letting me edit the photos in any suitable way. i miss adobe photoshop. how quickly that would have been.]
now, a short blurb on the family. i just want to give a shoutout to them, even though they may not read this, but i really think they are the absolute best people to be connected by bloodline in the world. i cannot ask for a greater blessing. God has given me such a respectable father who has guided me in my spiritual walk at all times and really supported me through his prayers. he doesn't word out his love for me, but i know it. example: i was cleaning out my room and i found the letters i had received when i was away on teenmissions in China. my dad wrote me lots of letters and that's saying a lot from him because he's not a wordy emotionally type of person. it really touched me because i didn't expect that and it really uplifted me.
then my mom. we're really close and one of the things i love doing with her is shopping. she goes with me despite not liking shopping with other people [normally] and she's always really helpful in picking out clothes/shoes for me. [speaking of shoes, i bought another pair today! so happy =). i saw them during july 4th sales but that store didn't have my size and i saw them again today and i think they got 10 dollars cheaper! then i went home and threw out all my old shoes that i no longer wear. btw i have a pair of shoes i got from HK, they're pumps and jeanish material, around size 6.5-7? if anyone cares. they are really nice but too small for me and i wore them once and then i got really bad blisters on my feet. just hollar if you're interested.] yeah and my mom is always doing things like cleaning the house, washing dishes when it's my turn and it shows that despite her tiredness and weariness she's always willing to help me out.
my brother:i have a really good relationship with him which I really want to praise God for becuase i know a lot of siblings are not that way. but it's really great being so close especially since this is one friendship taht will never fade away. i love the fact that we can talk about everything, and i mean EVERYTHING. mostly he just tells me stuff and i listen, but i know he really cares about my opinion which is nice.
okay, you are probably bored at this point, so i should stop mushing. i don't even know if anyone read that. haha. i have some random thoughts that will be coming up pretty soon, somewhat dismal but they are just thoughts.
